Are your charges per car or per person?

Our prices are per car. Please see vehicle capacity for further details.

Can I make a booking on the phone?

Yes, you can make a booking on the phone.

Are you providing a 24 hours service?

Yes, we offer a 24 hours service. There is an extra charge for unsocial hours (23:30 – 05:00), which is 10.00 € regardless the route.

Where will your driver meet me at the airport?

Our driver will be waiting at the arrivals lounge holding your name on a board sign.

What if my flight is delayed or early?

We always check the flight status on the day and our driver will be at the airport 15 minutes before your flight lands. In case you have made any other arrangements, our driver will arrive according to those arrangements.

What if I cannot find my driver?

Having ensured that you are following correctly the AthensTransfers instructions on your confirmation, you can always contact us on the contact numbers which are also provided on your confirmation.

After I complete my booking form, will I receive a confirmation e-mail?

Yes, we always confirm your booking within 12 hours of receiving the mail. If you want your transfer to be within 24 hours from the booking time, please call us for a quick confirmation.

How early do I need to book my car?

The earlier you make the booking the better. Although, 12 hours would be recommended, especially if you are making a booking on the internet. If you are making a last minute booking, it would be better to make it on the phone so you can have the confirmation immediately.

Can I pay by credit card?

Yes, you may pay by credit card in advance, or the driver at the time of pick up. If you are willing to pay the driver by credit card, it should be mentioned when you are making the booking.

Can I pay the driver cash?

Yes, you may pay the driver cash.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, you can either cancel or postpone your booking. Please check the Terms and Conditions.

If I have paid by credit card and cancel my booking, will I get a refund?

Yes, you can get a refund as long as the cancellation is within the time limit. Please check Terms and Conditions.
