Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of reservation: In case of cancellation of the reservation the following apply: refund of the entire amount or deposit, if you cancel your reservation 24 hours before the pick up time. If you cancel up to 12 hours prior to the pick up time you will be charged 50% of the deposit or 50% of the full amount, regardless of when the reservation was made. In every other case we will charge 100% of the amount.

Transaction Security
All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform "Nexi e-Commerce" and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.
